Warm Beach Horsemanship strives to host every lesson scheduled but sometimes situations arise that are beyond our control. Below are details regarding our refund policies.
LESSON & COURSE CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to offer make-up lessons or refunds for days missed or cancelled. We do not offer refunds for lessons or courses cancelled less than 24 hours before they begin.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS
No refunds will be given after registration closes except when attendee provides a doctor's note stating inability to participate or a veterinarians certificate of inability to participate at which time only a 50% refund will be given.
Inclement Weather: We will cancel class if the air quality reaches an unhealthy level due to wildfire smoke. . If conditions improve during the day, we may consider holding class. We will cancel class if the hill down to the Warm Beach Camp Stables becomes icy and impassable. However, if the snow/ice melts during the day, we may consider holding class. We will make every effort to hold class and to communicate with you in a timely manner.
