CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to offer make-up lessons or refunds for days missed or cancelled.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Wildfire Smoke: We will cancel class if the air quality reaches an unhealthy level. If conditions improve during the day, we may consider holding class. We will make every effort to hold class and to communicate with you in a timely manner.
Snow & Ice: We will cancel class if the hill down to the Warm Beach Camp Stables becomes icy and impassable. However, if the snow/ice melts during the day, we may consider holding class. We will make every effort to hold class and to communicate with you in a timely manner.
